Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 25, 2026 Last Updated: July 25, 2026
Welcome to PressureWashingMyrtleBeach.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PressureWashingMyrtleBeach.com, including its directory listings, service-request forms, estimates, referral services, communications, and pressure-washing or exterior-cleaning services arranged through the website.
PressureWashingMyrtleBeach.com is operated by Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach Co, doing business as Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach, referred to in these Terms as “Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing the website, submitting a service request, communicating with us, contacting a listed provider, accepting an estimate, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Do not use the website if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Our Business Roles
Depending on the particular service request or project, Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach may operate in one or more of the following roles:
Directory or Referral Service
We may collect your service-request information and connect you with one or more independent pressure-washing companies, exterior-cleaning companies, contractors, or other service providers.
When acting only as a directory or referral service, we do not perform or control the work.
Direct Service Provider
We may accept your project directly, provide an estimate or service agreement, collect payment, and perform or arrange the work through our employees, independent subcontractors, or other service providers.
The estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, service agreement, or other written communication for your project will identify the party responsible for performing or arranging the work.
2. Directory and Referral Services
When we act only as a directory, advertising platform, lead-generation service, or referral service:
- We are not the contractor performing the requested work.
- Providers introduced through the website operate as independent businesses.
- Providers are not our employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or representatives.
- Any service agreement is entered into directly between you and the selected provider.
- Each provider independently determines its prices, availability, service area, methods, equipment, chemicals, warranties, and project terms.
- The provider is responsible for its workmanship, personnel, subcontractors, insurance, licenses, registrations, permits, safety practices, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
- We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, accept your project, provide a particular price, or produce a particular result.
- You are not required to hire a provider introduced through the website.
We may receive compensation from providers for leads, referrals, calls, appointments, advertising, introductions, or completed projects.
A provider’s payment to us does not increase the price you are required to accept, and you remain free to compare providers and estimates.
3. Sharing Service Requests
When you submit a service request, you authorize us to share your information with one or more service providers that may be able to assist you.
Shared information may include:
- Your name.
- Telephone number.
- Email address.
- Service address or general service area.
- Property type.
- Requested services.
- Project description.
- Photographs or videos.
- Preferred scheduling information.
- Other information you provide.
Providers may contact you by telephone, email, or text message regarding your request.
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is further explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Projects Accepted Directly by Us
In some cases, Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach may accept responsibility for a project directly.
When we accept a project directly:
- The project scope, price, payment schedule, estimated service date, exclusions, and other project terms will be stated in a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement.
- We may perform the work through employees or independent subcontractors.
- We may select, assign, supervise, replace, or coordinate subcontractors involved in the project.
- The customer’s contract is with the party identified in the applicable project agreement.
- Work outside the original scope may require a change order and additional payment.
- Project-specific written terms will control if they conflict with these general website Terms of Service.
Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or speaking with us does not by itself create a contract requiring us to perform the work.
A project becomes binding only when the applicable estimate or service agreement has been accepted according to its stated terms.
5. Services
Services requested or arranged through the website may include:
- Residential pressure washing.
- Commercial pressure washing.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when requesting services.
This may include:
- Your correct name and contact information.

- Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the project.
We and participating providers may rely on the information you submit.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed information may result in changed pricing, delays, cancellation, incomplete service, or additional charges.
7. Estimates and Pricing
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement:
- Website prices, calculators, promotional prices, telephone quotes, and cost ranges are estimates only.
- Final pricing may depend on an on-site inspection, photographs, measurements, surface condition, accessibility, water availability, height, staining, contamination, required chemicals, equipment, labor, and other project conditions.
- An estimate may be revised if the actual property or project differs from the information originally provided.
- Additional services require customer approval and may result in additional charges.
- Taxes, fees, specialty treatments, permits, water charges, or third-party services may not be included unless specifically stated.
Independent providers establish and control their own pricing.
We do not guarantee that a provider introduced through the website will honor pricing shown by another provider or general pricing information displayed on the website.
8. Payments and Deposits
Payment terms for projects accepted directly by us will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Depending on the project, we may require:
- A scheduling deposit.
- A materials or chemical deposit.
- Progress payments.
- Payment upon completion.
- Payment for approved additional work.
- A service-call or mobilization fee.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due when the service is substantially completed.
Customers may not withhold payment for minor items that do not prevent the substantial use or benefit of the completed service.
We are not responsible for payments made directly to independent providers introduced through the website.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
A cancellation, rescheduling, service-call, or mobilization fee may apply when:
- A crew has already been scheduled.
- A crew has traveled to the property.
- Equipment or specialty chemicals have been prepared.
- Access to the property is unavailable.
- The work area has not been prepared.
- The customer or authorized representative is unavailable.
- Water or electricity is unavailable when required.
- Weather or property conditions make the requested work unsafe or impractical.
We may cancel or reschedule services because of weather, safety concerns, equipment problems, staffing issues, property conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Customer Responsibilities
For projects performed directly by us or our subcontractors, the customer is responsible for preparing the property before service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Ensure that an exterior water source is available and functioning.
- Remove vehicles from the work area.
- Move furniture, decorations, toys, grills, planters, flags, rugs, and fragile objects away from areas being cleaned.
- Close and secure all windows and doors.
- Inform occupants that exterior-cleaning services will occur.
- Keep children, pets, tenants, guests, and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- Unlock gates and provide required access instructions.
- Protect or identify sensitive plants, electrical equipment, outlets, fixtures, cameras, speakers, decorations, and other vulnerable items.
- Identify known leaks, damaged siding, loose paint, weak mortar, cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, faulty seals, or other existing conditions.
- Disable automatic sprinklers during the scheduled service period.
- Obtain any required property-owner, landlord, condominium, homeowners’ association, or management approval.
- Confirm that the customer has authority to authorize work at the property.
Additional charges may apply if the crew must move excessive items, wait for access, return to the property, or perform work not included in the original scope.
11. Water and Utility Use
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer authorizes reasonable use of the property’s exterior water supply and electricity as necessary to perform the services.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that available water connections and electrical outlets are safe, accessible, and functioning.
We are not responsible for preexisting plumbing leaks, broken hose bibs, faulty outlets, inadequate water pressure, or utility defects.
12. Pressure-Washing and Exterior-Cleaning Risks
Pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and chemical cleaning involve water, pressure, cleaning solutions, and surface agitation.
Customers understand that cleaning may reveal or affect existing conditions, including:
- Faded or oxidized siding.
- Loose, peeling, or deteriorated paint.
- Weak mortar or grout.
- Cracked concrete.
- Damaged stucco.
- Loose siding or trim.
- Rotting or deteriorated wood.
- Defective window or door seals.
- Existing roof damage.
- Water intrusion.
- Rust, mineral staining, or discoloration.
- Uneven previous repairs.
- Permanent staining.
- Existing surface wear.
- Previously concealed color differences.
Cleaning may make preexisting damage or uneven weathering more noticeable.
Some stains, oxidation, mold, mildew, algae, efflorescence, rust, oil, grease, paint, gum, or organic growth may not be completely removable.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, we do not promise complete stain removal or restoration to a like-new condition.
13. Delicate and Preexisting Conditions
The customer must disclose delicate surfaces and known property defects before work begins.
Examples include:
- Historic or aged materials.
- Lead-based or deteriorated paint.
- Loose vinyl siding.
- Damaged stucco.
- Soft or rotting wood.
- Unsealed natural stone.
- Decorative coatings.
- Painted concrete.
- Weak mortar.
- Damaged roofing.
- Leaking windows or doors.
- Exposed wiring.
- Unprotected exterior outlets.
- Delicate landscaping.
- Solar equipment.
- Security cameras or electronic devices.
We may refuse to clean any surface that appears unsafe, unstable, excessively deteriorated, or unsuitable for the requested cleaning method.
Refusal to clean one area does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund if other agreed services have been completed.
14. Chemicals and Cleaning Solutions
Pressure-washing and soft-washing services may require detergents, surfactants, stain removers, algaecides, degreasers, or other cleaning solutions.
We will use commercially reasonable practices when selecting and applying cleaning solutions.
However:
- Certain plants or surfaces may be especially sensitive.
- Existing discoloration may become more visible after cleaning.
- Chemical reactions may occur because of previous treatments, coatings, metals, minerals, or unknown substances.
- Specialty stain treatment may require additional charges.
- Some stains cannot be safely removed without risking surface damage.
The customer should identify sensitive vegetation, ponds, water features, specialty coatings, and environmental concerns before service begins.
15. Landscaping and Personal Property
We will use reasonable care around landscaping and exterior property.
However, the customer is responsible for removing or identifying fragile, valuable, improperly installed, or water-sensitive items.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Defective or unstable items.
- Improperly secured decorations.
- Preexisting plant disease or stress.
- Items left in the work area.
- Undisclosed irrigation systems.
- Unmarked low-voltage wiring.
- Poor drainage.
- Preexisting structural or surface defects.
- The customer’s failure to prepare the property.
Any suspected damage should be reported promptly and before another contractor attempts repairs.
16. Weather and Scheduling
Service dates and completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Work may be delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled because of:
- Rain, wind, lightning, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, or severe weather.
- Unsafe working conditions.
- Equipment failure.
- Labor or staffing shortages.
- Material or chemical shortages.
- Utility interruptions.
- Customer-requested changes.
- Access problems.
- Government restrictions.
- Emergencies or events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.
17. Photographs and Documentation
We or participating providers may photograph or record the work area before, during, or after service for:
- Estimating.
- Project documentation.
- Quality control.
- Safety.
- Damage documentation.
- Training.
- Insurance or dispute resolution.
We will not intentionally publish identifying images of the customer, license plates, house numbers, or private interior areas for advertising without permission.
With the customer’s consent, nonidentifying before-and-after photographs may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes.
18. Inspections and Completion
The customer or an authorized representative should inspect the completed work as soon as reasonably possible.
Any concern regarding incomplete work or alleged damage should be reported within 48 hours after service, or as soon as reasonably possible if the issue could not have been discovered earlier.
Providing prompt notice allows the service provider an opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, correct the issue.
Failure to provide reasonable access for inspection or correction may limit available remedies.
19. Workmanship and Service Warranties
Any warranty for a project accepted directly by us will be stated in the applicable estimate or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Cleaning results are not guaranteed to remain for a particular period.
- Mold, mildew, algae, dirt, pollen, rust, or staining may return after service.
- We do not guarantee the removal of every stain or discoloration.
- Warranties do not cover preexisting damage, defective materials, environmental conditions, weathering, moisture problems, customer misuse, or work performed by others.
- Independent providers are solely responsible for their own warranties.
Website statements, general descriptions, advertisements, photographs, and oral statements do not create a warranty unless included in a written project agreement.
20. Licenses, Insurance, and Permits
Each independent provider is responsible for maintaining any business licenses, contractor credentials, registrations, permits, insurance, and qualifications required for its work.
Customers should independently verify a provider’s qualifications and insurance before hiring the provider.
When we accept work directly, responsibility for any permits or specialized licensed services will be stated in the project agreement.
Services involving structural repairs, electrical work, plumbing, roofing repairs, painting, hazardous-material removal, or other regulated work may require a separate qualified professional and are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
21. Directory Listings
We attempt to provide useful directory information, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, current, or available.
We may add, edit, rank, feature, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
Listing order or featured placement may be influenced by:
- Advertising arrangements.
- Compensation.
- Availability.
- Geographic location.
- Listing completeness.
- Provider responsiveness.
- Customer interest.
- Other business factors.
A directory listing does not constitute a certification, warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of a provider.
Customers are responsible for evaluating providers before hiring them.
22. Communications Consent
By submitting a service request, you authorize Pressure Washing Myrtle Beach and the service providers that receive your request to contact you regarding the requested services.
Contact may occur by:
- Telephone call.
- Email.
- Text message.
- Voicemail.
- Other reasonable communication methods.
Communications may include scheduling, estimates, project questions, follow-up messages, and related service offers.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
You may request that marketing text messages stop by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.
You may still receive transactional communications concerning an active request, estimate, appointment, project, payment, or dispute.

We may voluntarily assist with communication but are not required to investigate, mediate, refund, repair, arbitrate, or resolve disputes involving independent providers.
